We ask that you give 7 days notice if you need to reschedule/cancel an appointment. Failure to provide this notice will result in loss of deposit.
- We do our best to get back to everyone but if you aren’t contacted back within 4 weeks, unfortunately it is probably not a project our artists are taking on at this time.
- We do not provide quotes via email or over the phone.
- All artists at Beloved require a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT to book an appointment (which will come off the price of the tattoo when it is completed).
- Please eat a substantial meal before your appointment and drink plenty of water!
- Attach a picture of the area of the body that you would like tattooed.
- If you are looking for a cover-up, please make sure to attach a current photo of the tattoo in the file upload section.
- References photos aren’t required but they can be helpful so that we can be sure that their style is a good fit for your tattoo.
